Rates

  • Private tours are priced per group, not per person.

  • Starting rates are shown for two guests, we provide solo rates on request

  • Final rates may vary based on group size, route, distance, entry fees, and any custom additions.

  • Groups of 3+ usually pay less per person

  • Custom pricing applies for multi-day tours, extended routes, and advance bookings.

How to Book

  1. Reach Out. Send us your preferred tour, date, group size, and pickup location.

  2. We confirm availability, pricing, and any details needed to finalize the tour.

  3. We send a proposal with a secure payment link.

  4. Pay your deposit and your booking is confirmed.

For custom or multi-day tours, we may ask a few more questions or suggest a quick call before preparing your proposal. For bookings within 8 days, full payment is required.

Booking Policy

  • A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The balance is due 14 days before your first service date.

  • For bookings within 8 days, full payment is required.

  • Cancellation fees apply once your booking is confirmed:

    • 14 to 2 days before the first service date: 50% of the total booking

    • Less than 48 hours before the first service date: 100% of the total booking

  • We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.

Pick-Up & Drop-Off

  • Complimentary pick-up and drop-off from your accommodation in Cape Town or surrounds. Exact times will be confirmed when your booking is finalized.

Duration & Flexibility

  • All tour times are approximate and may vary slightly due to weather, traffic, or group pacing. Your guide will always aim to adapt the experience to your interests whenever possible.

Tour Itinerary Changes

  • We do our best to follow the planned itinerary. However, due to weather, road conditions, closures, or local circumstances, stops may occasionally change. If needed, we’ll substitute equivalent sites or experiences to ensure you still enjoy the best possible day.

Age Requirements

  • All Ages Welcome. Guests must be 18+ to participate in wine tastings.

Mobility & Accessibility

  • Some stops include walking tours, stairs, or uneven terrain. Please inform us of any mobility concerns in advance so we can adjust the route and stops to suit your comfort.

Weather & Comfort

  • Tours run rain or shine. Please bring a hat, sunscreen, layers, and comfortable walking shoes.

Meals & Drinks

  • Meals are at your own account unless otherwise noted. Tastings and entrance fees are included or excluded as specified on each tour page.

Waiver Requirement

  • All guests are required to sign a standard liability waiver before departure. This is a routine safety measure for guided tours and outdoor activities.

Cancellation Policy

  • No refund for cancellations within 48 hours of departure or no-shows.

  • We strongly recommend travel insurance for unexpected changes.
