Rates

  • Private tours are priced per group, not per person.

  • Starting rates are shown for two guests and include listed entry fees. We provide solo rates on request

  • Final rates may vary based on group size, route, distance, entry fees, and any custom additions.

  • Groups of 3+ usually pay less per person

  • Custom pricing applies for multi-day tours, extended routes, and advance bookings.

Booking Policy

  • A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The balance is due 14 days before your first service date.

  • For bookings within 8 days, full payment is required.

  • Cancellation fees apply once your booking is confirmed:

    • 14 to 2 days before the first service date: 50% of the total booking

    • Less than 48 hours before the first service date: 100% of the total booking

  • Rates may vary due to factors outside our control, such as exchange rates, entrance fee changes, fuel costs, or local conditions.

Tour Details

  • Most full-day tours are 8 to 9 hours

  • Complimentary Pickup and drop-off are available from Cape Town and surrounding areas

  • Exact pickup time confirmed before your tour

  • Lunch stops included

  • Tours run rain or shine, with adjustments where needed

  • Routes and timing may vary due to weather, traffic, closures, road conditions, or group pace

  • Payments made in ZAR (Rand)

  • Larger groups may require a different vehicle and custom pricing

Meals & Drinks

  • Meals are at your own account unless otherwise noted. Tastings and entrance fees are included or excluded as specified on each tour page.

Weather & Comfort

  • Tours run rain or shine. Please bring a hat, sunscreen, layers, and comfortable walking shoes

Age Requirements

  • All Ages Welcome. Guests must be 18+ to participate in wine tastings.

Mobility & Accessibility

  • Some stops include walking tours, stairs, or uneven terrain. Please inform us of any mobility concerns in advance so we can adjust the route and stops to suit your comfort.

Liability Waivers

  • All guests are required to sign a standard liability waiver before departure. This is a routine safety measure for guided tours and outdoor activities
